United Gospel Fellowship for The College of Bishops
In Love and Obedience to God and the Powers of His Holy Spirit is to “Reach” Past ourselves to those whom God has placed around us. “Draw” Them into the life-long adventures of the Christian Faith, and to “Learn” to follow Jesus with joyful devotion and “Go Out” as changed people, changing the world around us for the Glory of God.
As “Representatives of Jesus on Earth and we are to carry out the “Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20, Luke 19:10). We are called to be Loving, Celebrating, Welcoming the family of Believers living out together the ways of Christ Jesus – Loving God, loving one-another, and loving our neighbors as ourselves. As we live our faith in God out Loud, let’s teach others to become overcomers through God’s love that He has for our lives and our faith in Him.
As we are led by the Holy Spirit, our goal is to teach the “Way”, the “Truth” and the “Life” of Jesus Christ, by acknowledging the Word of God as the true source of our doctrine to instruct, to reproof, to correct, and to instruct in the way of God’s Righteousness (2Timothy 3:16, KJV).
To live a Holy and Separated New-Life, afforded us through the life of Christ and His work of Salvation, in this present world. Renewing our minds in the Word of God equips us to be effective witnesses of Christ, not only to other believers, but also to those who have not met Him.
To take seriously the biblical mandate of bearing witness to Jesus in His Great Commission, proclaiming the Gospel to the world and compelling humanity to turn Jesus, who is alive in us; as we transition in the grace of our divine, ordained purpose by God.
To build the believers up in the Word of God, so that we become winners in life through the Word of God.
We are committed to introducing people to Christ, responding in love to all people through authentic fellowship, transforming people’s lives through Biblical teachings and study, honoring God in all we do and sending forth God’s people equipped to serve.
