Biography
Bishop Russell B. Green the Sr. Pastor of Lord Our Redeemer Ministries Longview, TX has been in the ministry since 1990 and accepted Christ at an early age of 10 at Independence Missionaries Baptist Church in Los Angeles, CA. Under the leadership of Rev. Gregory He then became a member of Union Baptist Church in Los Angeles, CA. At the age of 19, he moved to Dallas, TX where he accepted the call to the ministry at Sunlight Missionary Baptist church in South Dallas, TX. There he was under the leadership of Bishop E.L. Robinson. After being Ordained at the age of 22 he returned home to California where he joined First Providence Baptist church in Long Beach, CA. There he was under the leadership of Pastor Artist Lanier. From there he was led to Victorville, Ca to start the ministry of Living Word Bible Church in January 2016.
In the summer of 2019, he packed up & moved to Longview, TX. This is where the Lord led him and his family for the next chapter of our lives. To fulfill His Word at Lord Our Redeemer Ministries (L.O.R. Ministries) located at 409 Gilmer rd. Longview ,TX 75604.
He is a husband and father of 5. Four are grown and one 11-year-old still home. Last year he accepted the call to the Bishop on July 29, 2023, under Faith Fellowship International located in Houston, TX under Archbishop John Baines. His wife is Prophetess Kendra Green and son Xavier Green is love joking with him on this journey, but they all praise God for the manifestation of His Word!
